Project Goal
Smarter Screening Experience
Reimagining airport security to create a more seamless and efficient experience by identifying key challenges and uncovering user insights. Through extensive research and collaboration, we explored opportunities to improve the screening process for both passengers and security personnel.
Exploring the Journey
Led a team of eight researchers to explore ways to improve airport security efficiency. Conducted interviews, journey mapping, and workflow analysis to identify key challenges for both travelers and Airport Staff.
