Leading a team of eight diverse design researchers in an extensive study on security screening, gathering insights from 389 survey responses, 101 cultural probe participants, 22 interviews, 16 workshop participants, 2 airport site visits, and 40 user testing sessions to identify opportunities for improved efficiency.
